How quickly can BHH respond after a storm?

For true emergencies (tree on house, blocked driveway, hazardous standing tree near a structure), we can often dispatch a crew same-day or next-day. For non-urgent storm debris cleanup, we typically schedule within 2 to 5 days depending on demand. Call us as soon as the storm passes to get on the schedule before everyone else.

Does my homeowners insurance cover storm damage cleanup?

Most homeowners insurance policies cover tree removal when the tree has damaged a covered structure (house, garage, shed, fence). Coverage for trees that fall in your yard without damaging a structure varies by policy. We provide detailed written estimates and photo documentation for your insurance company, and we work directly with adjusters when needed.

Who is responsible for fallen tree removal: me or my neighbor?

Generally, the property owner where the tree falls is responsible for its removal, regardless of which property the tree was originally rooted on.
